| 1. Are there shipping restrictions? |
| Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Next day and second day service is not available for certain locations in Alaska and for International orders.
Some orders will require Freight shipping. JMC Wholesale uses several Freight couriers and will be more than happy to provide reasonable quote's. |

| Sorry, but since we're a wholesale company offering Surplus/Liquidated stocks at extremely deep discounts, we're unable to accept returns. In other words, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you need to contact us via email at info@jmcwholesale.com, within (3) day's from delivery to obtain return authorization # and detailed instructions on what to do next. |

| 4. Do you charge tax? |
Not if you're shipping to an address outside of Florida.
But for residents or businesses in Florida, we are required to collect sales tax.
If you're a registered business in the State of Florida and have a valid, up to date Tax ID, we will need for you to fax a copy to us (561) 883-2267. |

| Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

There is no "minimum dollar amount" requirement to order from us. All of our stocks are sold as "case packs." You may order as little as one case. |

| We're happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We DO NOT accept American Express. However, there are some exceptions and rules for this as follows:
US customer's: Up to $5,000 per order
International customer's: Up to $1,000.00 per order
Our company also accepts Money order, Cashier check and Bank wire. |

| 13. Why can't I see what the shipping fee is for my order? |
| All JMC Wholesale orders are shipped and delivered through various couriers - United States Postal Svc., Fedex, and TNT Express. We are not a retail store front, therefore, almost impossible for us to incorporate three different couriers into our web site. We also service many International client's and there shipping needs are much different than domestic. Our company does not inflate actual shipping costs, we try our best to pass on the savings to you, by choosing the best method of shipping your order. Should you require a shipping quote, simply contact us with your complete address, & the stock's you wish to purchase. We will promptly get back to you with your shipping quote. We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). |

| 14. Why did my order get cancelled? |
| If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation (see below). And most importantly - you WILL NOT BE BILLED for any cancelled items.
When an order gets cancelled it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
Maybe the items you wanted are no longer available
Perhaps you mistyped your credit card number, the card expired, etc...
Might be that we can't ship to address provided
Sometimes the cancellation is due to a customer request
